Hey Mr. Schrantz: I lived in Gardnerville from 1970 to 1990, at which time I moved to Carson City and lived there for several years. We now live in Dublin, GA; moved 2 years ago for my husband's work. We still have family and friends in Reno, Carson Valley and Carson City and what a pleasure to find your updates on the current construction in the area. Actually, I started out by looking for the Ormsby House since we will be out there in a week and thought if it had reopened we could stay there. Doesn't look like that will happen. It has really been a long process hasn't it?
