Carson City Watering Schedule

In the interests of water conservation over the summer, Carson City has set down several guidelines for outdoor watering of lawns and other landscaping. The 2005 guidelines are in effect from June 1st to September 30th. The city sent out a flyer outlining the restrictions for homeowners.

Here's a basic rundown of the restriction and guidelines:

• No watering for purposes of irrigation from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Odd-numbered addresses can only water on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Even-numbered addresses can only water on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday.
• No watering on Mondays.
