Sorenson House

1476 Hwy 395, Gardnerville, NV

Constructed in 1880s.

This home was built sometime between 1880 and 1889. Once owned by Martin Sorenson, a sheep rancher who ran sheep in both the Pinenut range and Hope Valley. Members of the Sorenson family still reside in Carson Valley. The Sorenson home is now owned by the Scott family and used as a State Farm Insurance office.
