Minden Inn

1594 Esmeralda Avenue, Minden, NV

Constructed in 1917.

Designed by Nevada architect Frederick DeLongchamps, the Minden Inn was the premier place to stay in the Carson Valley. Over the years it declined as other hotels were built, but in 1993 it was acquired by Douglas County and is now used to house most of the county offices.
